The Focus of Our Efforts
Case Management
Our case manager comes alongside you to help with your current needs and accessing community resources to help meet those needs. These needs may include things such as food and clothing, assistance applying for housing, or assistance applying for jobs. Our case manager helps you work around barriers to gaining employment and getting your life back on track.
Peer Support
One-on-one mentoring.
Peer recovery groups.
Learn about triggers for relapse and ways of coping with those triggers.
Learn practical life skills like budgeting, time management, and prioritizing your recovery.
Accessing Treatment
Seeking treatment for substance use and co-occurring disorders can be overwhelming and intimidating. This often makes one feel powerless and not know which path to take. Allow us to come alongside you to help you navigate treatment and find the path that is right for you.
