Drug Take Back

Bradley Prevention Coalition continues to promote the need and use of proper disposal of unused or expired medications. When unused medications are not properly disposed it can have a tragic ending by them ending up in the wrong hands. There are two National Drug Take Back Days that are highlighted by the DEA that Bradley Prevention Coalition partners with local agencies to host. Outside of the two events, there are year-round collection boxes at the available locations.
International Overdose Awareness Day

IOAD occurs annually on August 31, aiming to raise awareness about overdose prevention and reduce stigma. BPC collaborates with local agencies to acknowledge the grief of those affected by overdose, providing education and resources.
Crisis Intervention Training

CIT, in partnership with NAMI of East Tennessee, trains law enforcement to handle mental health crises effectively. This comprehensive training equips officers with skills to respond empathetically to individuals facing mental health challenges.
Resource and Job Fair

BPC organizes resource and job fairs to connect community members with employment opportunities and vital services. These fairs empower individuals seeking to improve their circumstances and encourage healthy community engagement.
Anger Management

​BPC offers accredited anger management classes to help participants develop coping mechanisms for emotional regulation. These weekly sessions, held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, provide essential skills for both individuals and their families.
All Recovery Meeting

Weekly All Recovery Meetings hosted by BPC are open to anyone interested in supporting recovery. These meetings address diverse recovery topics, fostering a supportive environment for individuals and their families affected by substance use.
